My Vision

At the intersection of AI and human creativity, my philosophy is simple: great products solve real problems.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led product and UX teams at companies like Yandex, Zalando, Insider, HeyJobs, Rocket Internet and now Statista, building AI-driven Search, Recommendations, Hyper-Personalization, AI Conversational Experiences and Marketplaces.

Alongside my industry work, I teach AI Product Management in cohorts and corporate trainings in corporation with Brick Institute, helping the next generation of product and design leaders understand how they manage and apply AI as a product and also how to apply AI responsibly and effectively. Now I am building AI Product Institute (stay tuned!)

AI Product Management Training Cohort

  • This training equips participants with both strategic and practical skills in artificial intelligence and product management. Covering the full cycle from AI fundamentals to opportunity validation, strategy, development, testing, and iteration, it emphasizes real-world applications of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, as well as ethics, compliance, user experience, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI-first strategies. Through case studies, interactive exercises, planning tools, PRDs, MVP-to-launch processes, and action planning, participants gain hands-on experience in building an AI product from scratch. By the end, they will be able to understand AI’s transformative power and effectively integrate AI strategies, technologies, and teams into organizational goals and structures.

  • This program is designed for anyone seeking to develop AI-focused product development, strategy, and management skills—particularly product managers or aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs and innovation leaders, managers building AI teams, strategic roles collaborating with technical teams, and experts in fields like data science, UX, or software development. Whether in technical or strategic positions, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to integrate AI into real-world scenarios, identify opportunities, and manage end-to-end product development processes.

  • This training is accessible to participants from diverse backgrounds and does not require advanced technical expertise, though basic familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, neural networks), product development, analytical thinking, or technical curiosity can be beneficial. You will learn how AI technologies connect with product management, identify and validate real-world opportunities, design AI-first strategies aligned with business goals, and manage the full product lifecycle from PRD to launch. The program also builds skills in data collection, model development, MLOps/LLMOps, testing methods, and ethical/legal considerations such as bias, transparency, and compliance. With step-by-step guidance, even technical parts remain accessible, enabling all participants to gain practical experience in testing, collaboration, user experience, continuous improvement, and effectively leading AI teams for maximum strategic and technical impact.

  • The 5-week program combines video lectures and interactive workshops to build end-to-end AI product management skills. Program offers 10+ hr of video courses and 10+ hr of interactive sessions with other cohort participants.

    Week 1 introduces AI fundamentals, key technologies, ethics, data, and the link with product management, reinforced through mapping exercises and solution brainstorming.

    Week 2 focuses on identifying, validating, and prioritizing AI opportunities with tools like AI Canvas, alongside agile methods, UX, and MLOps basics.

    Week 3 develops AI product strategies, positioning, metrics (OKRs, KPIs, North Star), and continuous improvement, applied in a chatbot case study.

    Week 4 covers customer-centric planning, PRD creation, ethics, testing (including LLM-specific), and roadmap development, with participants preparing detailed PRDs and test plans.

    Week 5 explores advanced topics such as synthetic data, Generative AI, multimodal strategies, LLM optimization, compliance, and AI copilots, culminating in product strategy, evaluation, and problem-solving exercises.
